Each report aggregates one business question across every channel we ingest. Scheduled runs fire at the cadence shown on the card; you can also run any report on demand.
A per-SKU health score (0–100) blending average rating, share of 1–3★ reviews, defect / refund / adverse mentions, open escalations and social signal — surfacing the products that need attention and the top performers.
Watches for sudden clusters of the same defect on the same SKU, z-scored against a 30-day baseline. Escalates only when a cluster is statistically unusual or spans multiple product families.
A cross-channel regex scan for health and adverse-event language (allergy, irritation, swallowed, etc.) with a severity ladder — none → watch → investigate → crisis. Always runs, even on a zero-event day.
Per-channel reply latency, approve-as-is rate, edit distance between AI draft and what was sent, and reject rate — with a 4-week trend so the team can see whether the AI is getting better.
