How this works
- Conversations are pulled from Ayrshare every 2 min. Each new inbound message goes through Triage → KB → Drafter → Brand-voice review.
- FAQ-class DMs (questions / praise) with reviewer confidence ≥ 0.85 auto-reply when enabled. Everything else queues for approval.
- Threads silent for 24h+ get summarised by the model, and any new product / policy facts are added to the KB.
- Instagram DMs expire after 7 days of silence — the "IG expiring" filter shows threads with <24h left.
